Keep it Simple Stupid
I've posted a lot of detailed fitness plans and schemes on this blog since the first of the year, but I've finally decided to just go with what we all know deep down works: Eat Less and Exercise More. With the Weight Watchers plan I've been restricting my diet to 1500 calories or less, and for the last week or so I've been walking about 2 miles a day. Today's D.B.A.N. is 280 pounds, which is about 40 lbs less than what I weighed back in December, 2003. I've lost about 8 lbs in the last two weeks on Weight Watchers, which is pretty good so far. I updated the D.B.A.N. chart to show some projected dates of reaching my target weight of 225.
