Sucking it Up

While the D.B.A.N. is stubbornly sticking to 284 pounds, my waistline is still shrinking. Today I had to use the last notch on my belt, and that notch is one I cut into it several years ago the last time I lost weight. I lost 4 pounds this week on Weight Watchers, and my lovely wife lost 1 pound. Not bad so far.
