Woohoo!

I'm proud to say that today's D.B.A.N. is 282, so I've finally broken through the 284 pound barrier. The extra walking I've been doing since last week is finally paying off. I did so much walking Sunday and Monday that my glutes actually hurt yesterday afternoon. My advice to anyone losing weight is "Hills are your friend." Find a steep hill and walk up and down it several times a day.
